VILLA BARCELONA

Villa Residence — Architectural Visualization

Villa Barcelona is a residential development inspired by the modernist legacy of Mies van der Rohe, reinterpreted within a contemporary tropical setting. Located in a secluded area away from the city center, the project offers expansive views and a panoramic sea outlook.

The architecture emphasizes open-plan volumes and a strong connection between interior and exterior spaces, echoing the principles of the Pavillon de Barcelone. Spatial compositions are defined by clean lines, sculptural walls, and refined materials, creating a balance between rigor and expression.

Each villa, featuring three to four bedrooms, is designed with a distinctive identity where furniture and architecture merge seamlessly. Iconic pieces such as the Barcelona Chair are integrated into the design, alongside bold elements like full-height leather headboards, black teak kitchens, and bathrooms that filter natural light through textured glass.

Living areas open generously onto expansive terraces, extending the experience outward and framing the surrounding landscape. The project embodies a timeless aesthetic, where minimalism, precision, and material richness coexist in harmony.

Project developed for KanKaew Verjus Design — 3D visualization and architectural staging.
