C&P Paradise — Duplex Villas is a continuation of the residential development, introducing a two-level variation that enhances the spatial experience. While maintaining the same tropical contemporary identity, the project explores a more vertical architectural composition.

Each villa features three bedrooms, including a master suite, with a clear separation between living and private areas. The ground floor is centered around a fully open-plan living space, combining kitchen, dining, and lounge areas in a seamless flow.

A key feature of the project is the integration of a sunken lounge, creating a distinctive and intimate gathering space. Above the kitchen, a double-height void allows suspended lighting elements to extend across levels, adding verticality and visual impact.

The overall design remains rooted in a refined tropical bohemian aesthetic, blending light wood, rattan, and natural materials with clean contemporary lines. Outdoor areas extend this lifestyle, with private pools and terraces designed for relaxation and social living.

This duplex variation offers a new interpretation of the project, enriching the residence through layered volumes, perspectives, and spatial experiences.
