Villa Residence — Interior Architecture & Visualization
This residential development consists of four villas arranged in two clusters, positioned on either side of a central pathway. Each pair of villas shares a common roof structure, creating a strong architectural identity and a cohesive visual composition across the project.
The design embraces a bold tropical bohemian aesthetic, where natural materials play a central role. Bamboo, rattan, and light wood define a warm palette, enhanced by beige tones and mineral textures to create an atmosphere that feels both authentic and high-end.
The villas, featuring three to four bedrooms, are designed to accommodate both private living and rental use. The living spaces are fully open-plan, combining kitchen, dining, and lounge areas in a seamless flow that encourages indoor-outdoor living.
Each villa extends to a uniquely shaped swimming pool, blending geometric and organic forms. A circular in-pool lounge area with a built-in bar becomes a key social feature, designed for relaxation and conviviality.
Set within a tropical environment, the project offers a refined vision of laid-back luxury, where generous spaces, natural materials, and architectural coherence come together in a harmonious and immersive experience.
